I knew there were parts of my diet which I needed to improve and I had never had anyone help me with that before. I was a bit nervous about looking at my diet honestly with someone.
Louis asked me to keep a food diary for a week which was such an eye opener personally. He gave me very detailed feedback about my diet. The feedback was so positive with small tweaks suggested to improve things. I took these on board immediately.
I had one PT session with Louis. He gave me a new exercise routine to work through about three times a week. This has helped me to get to the next stage with my fitness and I now feel ready to attend an intense Circuits training class. Louis recognises when you need pushing or need a new challenge.
I moved house to a new area a year ago and joined the local gym where he works. Louis encouraged me to attend classes and introduced me to new people who I could exercise with. His support and encouragement has really helped to make exercise and healthy eating a part of my daily lifestyle!
